The restaurant offered diverse and delicious food. i especially enjoyed the variety. There were nepalese, indian, and seafood options. the breakfast buffet had fresh fruit and juices. the staff members were friendly and helpful.

the room i booked was not the room i received, that was disappointing. it was supposed to be a romance seafront room, booked at a higher price. the room i got was inferior. cleaning was not done daily.

the location WAS directly on the beach which i appreciated.

i WASN'T happy with the room i received it didn't match the photos online. the room felt small AND the furnishings were not great. additionally loud music started playing every morning at 8am which was disruptive.

i was disappointed with the room i got it wasn't the 'romance seafront room' i booked and paid for it reminded me of a bait and switch the room wasn't cleaned daily and lacked proper blackout curtains sleeping in was difficult the room size was small and the mattress wasn't great

I found the location AMAZING , being right on the beach. I could watch the sunset from the restaurant every evening. The staff couldn't do enough for me . They anticipated needs I didn't even voice. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked wonders in my room.

i noticed a leaky water ceiling in one area, which requires attention. it wasn't a major issue, but addressing it would undoubtedly enhance the guest experience.

albino arranged our taxi from the airport. it was an smooth trip. albino and the front of house team arranged all our transport. we had a driver take us to cabo de rama fort. the driver also took us to dinner at fisherman's wharf.

housekeeping was attentive, but we could have used a couple extra coffee sachets in the room. it would have been helpful.

the restaurant manager, dinesh, made sure everything ran like clockwork. the enormous kitchen has a minimum of six chefs constantly. the menu features local dishes and international cuisine.

the team communicated through whatsapp before we arrived. the team also arranged all our transport the entire time we were there. everything was well priced and very helpful.
